Cake and a cuppa for a cause

On Thursday 27th May 2021 across three MACH Energy sites, Mount Pleasant Operation, Rail 2 Project, and Newcastle office, we joined many others around the country to participate in the Cancer Council Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea.

Raffles, donations and a ‘Cake Bake Off’ resulted in us meeting our $5000 target, raising much needed funds to assist the Cancer Council to support those affected by cancer.

We’re proud of our team for their fundraising efforts and the many individuals who rolled up their sleeves to bake more cake than you could eat in lifetime, let alone morning tea.

Thank you to the Cancer Council for their ongoing research, services, and vital support to Australians when they need it most.

Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service Charity Golf Day

The MACH Energy Mount Pleasant Operation Rail2 Project and Operations teams recently participated in The Epiroc & Orica Upper Hunter Charity Golf Day in support of the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service held at the Muswellbrook Golf Club.

We’re proud be part of a community that values the vital 24/7 support The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service provides, and funds raised at the Charity Golf Day ensures those propellers continue to spin in the Upper Hunter.

Our teams were able to raise extra funds by running a ‘Putting Competition’ on the first hole, and we appreciate those who participated.

We are grateful to The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service for the remarkable work they do day in day out. Thank you.
