Ferdian has been a Director of MACH Energy Australia Pty Ltd since it was founded in September 2015. He was appointed as Managing Director in May 2018. Ferdian represents Droxford International Ltd, the controlling shareholder of MACH Energy. Droxford International Ltd is a fully-owned subsidiary of the Salim Group and Ferdian is responsible for managing the Salim Group’s mining investment portfolio across Asia Pacific.
The Salim Group is a diversified conglomerate which owns interests in companies involved in mining, dairy products, flour milling, instant noodles, cooking oil, automobile assembly, property, insurance and retail. Ferdian graduated from Curtin University in Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2012 and has been a Director of the ASX listed company, KGL Resources Ltd since April 2016.
Sitting on the Board as a Non-Executive Director, Allen has been Chief Executive Officer of TIH Investment Management Ltd. since June 2014.
Allen’s previous experience includes management positions at Argyle Street Management Limited and Credit Asia Capital, as well as being responsible for deal origination, structuring and the execution of special situations investments in Southeast Asia and China.
Allen received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Canada and holds a Master of Arts in Statistics from the Columbia University in New York. Allen is also a CFA Charterholder.
